FAQs for PIONEER REGISTRATION

 

a) What is a Pioneer Registration?
PIONEER REGISTRATION is being introduced as BETTER THAN EARLY BIRD registration. Pioneers, those who register on or before 30 September 2018 are eligible to receive six (6) huge benefits.

b) What are the six (6) huge benefits of Pioneer Delegates?
   1. Register now but pay later:
   As late as Early Bird deadline of 12 Dec 2018
   2. Guaranteed Early Bird rate:
   Up to Early Bird deadline of 12 Dec 2018
   3. Chance to win a FREE registration:
   Draw for PAID Pioneers on 14 Dec 2018
   4. Chance to win FREE airfare:
   From anywhere in ASEAN and Hong Kong. Draw for (paid) Pioneers on 14 Dec 2018
   5. FREE registration at any pre-conference seminar on 13 March 2019

c) I want to be a Pioneer Delegate. How do I register?

d) What is the conference rate for Pioneer Delegates?
Pioneer Delegates will have to register now and pay later, the applicable early-bird rate for overseas and local delegates. These are:

e) When should I pay my fee?
To qualify, Pioneer delegates should register on or before 30 September but can pay until the Early-Bird deadline on 12 December 2018.

f) Can we still avail of the group discounts?
Yes, you can. Just sign up on or before 30 September 2018 and pay the applicable rate on 12 December 2018.

g) When is the deadline for the Pioneer delegates’ registration?
Pioneer delegates must register on or before 30 September 2018.

h) Can I pay for my registration AFTER the draw of the FREE registration and FREE airfare?
Good try! To be eligible for the draws, you need to be paid up, by 12 December 2018. The winner of the FREE registration and airfare will get a reimbursement of his/her payment at the conference in Manila, on 14 March 2019 (first conference day) in cash. Instructions will be provided to the winner on how to claim his/her reimbursement.

i) Can I choose which pre-conference seminar/city tour to attend?
Yes. All PIONEER delegates will be eligible to attend ANY one (1) pre-conference seminar. There is only one (1) city tour for everyone.

j) If I cannot attend the pre-conference seminar and/or city tour, can transfer it to my colleague?
Good Question: Apologies but it is non-transferable.

k) I am not from ASEAN and Hong Kong but I am a Pioneer Delegate. Can I still join the draw for FREE airfare?
If you are not from ASEAN and Hong Kong, you will have to pay for a flight to anywhere in ASEAN or Hong Kong. We will cover your airfare (economy flight) from there to Manila.
